Important Notice
Please read and follow all resort rules for a pleasant experience for yourself and fellow guests. These guidelines are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of everyone at Tapama Resort.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in Time: 10:30 AM
Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in for all guests
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
Check-in after 10:00 PM is not allowed
Food & Dining
Bulk food orders require a minimum of 3 hours advance notice
Kebab orders are compulsory during bonfire arrangements
Outside food and beverages are subject to a corkage charge
Room service is available until 10:00 PM
Restaurant is open to both in-house guests and outside visitors
Facilities & Activities
Bonfire arrangements must be booked 2–3 hours in advance
Pets are welcome — please inform us at the time of booking
Music and loud activities are permitted only until 10:00 PM
AC units do not function during generator operation hours
Swimming and beach activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk
Guests must follow safety guidelines during outdoor activities
General Conduct
Damage to resort property will be charged to the guest
Smoking is restricted to designated smoking areas only
Guests are responsible for the safety of their own valuables
The resort reserves the right to deny service in cases of misconduct
Please respect the privacy and comfort of fellow guests
Disposal of waste must be done in designated bins only
